مبخص البحث: يتناول البحث تطوير المناطق العشوائية في إطار الخطة الاستراتيجية للتنمية الشاملة لمصر 2052 عن طريق إيجاد سياسات تطوير تتبع ﻤﻨﻬﺠﻴﺔ ﻤﺘﻭﺍﺯﻨﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻁﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺠﻭﺍﻨﺏ العمرانية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية للقطر المصري، ﻭمن خلال ﺘﻔﻌﻴل ﺩﻭﺭ الأجهزة الإدارية، ودراسة الاعتبارت التصميمية الملائمة لقاطني تلك المناطق، وذلك علي أساس مشاركة الأفراد في برامج التطوير جنباً إلي جنب مع الجهات الرسمية، وذلك بغرض إيجاد تفاعل إيجابي ضماناً لنجاح واستمرارية عملية تطوير المناطق العشوائية واستدامتها حتي عام 2052.
