Architectural CAD Drafting from dimensioned hand-drawn Wooden Deck Plan

My project was to translate hand drawings for a split-level exterior deck into Revit CAD format for submission for Building Department permit. I picked Pawan because of his promise to completely satisfy my expectations for the finished work product, and he delivered as promised. Upon seeing that the split level joisting was difficult to understand because of complexity, Pawan suggested to use a 3D rendering of the structural plan.
