very rude and obnoxious. Started a lot of trouble for another writer. Don't every select this provider because she's not capable of writing and very snotty. everything was given to her for the project and this is the email she sent in a nasty tone. i'm really considering not doing any of the articles at this point. i really needed to know all of the structures before i started and i didn't. now i'm deep into it and i just now found out the structures you wanted me to write. there is no way i'm gonna be able to get these done in time. renee
