My specific experience working with Symfony2/Doctrine/Design Patterns is that i developed from scratch and from existing code, apps based on symfony 2, i used doctrine to CRUD entities, manage repositories functions, manage events listeners , manage services, manage forms and forms events and validators, i used Symfony consol, Symfony Voters, Symfony security system … i m used to using git, source tree, jira, jinkins , bitbucket to manage code. I can get started immediatly and i can work for 10 hours weekly
