I worked as a Hotel Receptionist for over a year. Being a Receptionist, I deal with inquiries and room reservations made on the telephone, online or by email. I am computer literate. I often needed to use sales skills to persuade guests to take a better and more expensive room, to stay longer, or take advantage of a special promotion to help to increase revenue for the hotel. I also tried working as a transcriptionist/analyst which I basically convert speech(audio files) into a written or electronic text document.
