I am very dedicated, motivated and passionate. I currently completed my first degree in BSc in Medical Bioscience at the University of the Western Cape. I enjoy learning and developing as an individual. I learnt so much during my time as a student. I learnt discipline, drive, focus and work ethic. I also learnt a lot in the science field about different microorganisms and how they infect and affect the body and the environment. I learnt about health and safety, about how to incorporate medical research and techniques into science and the world. I got the opportunity to become practical in labs while I as studying and had first hand experience on how the lab works and how to carry out certain laboratory methods and tests to improve my knowledge in Medical Science. Prior to me doing my tertiary education, I was a waitress at Panarottis and i enjoyed being in the hospitality and food service industry. It was a great experience for me to meet people and learn social skills and networking and really understanding the importance of customer service. As a waitress my job was to take the customer's food and drink orders, serve the customers, clear cutlery and plates then clean the tables in time for the next customers. I've had some experience working as a waitress not only at a restaurant but at school banquets too. I am a very friendly, professional and hardworking woman who thrives for excellence and cares about the good of people and community.
