I have been working for US based call centers for a total of 11 years. I started my career as a level 1 representative for an Airline reservations account and moved up as a training associate after a year, where I was able to hone my customer service skills in dealing with various types of clients and share best practices to the newbies in the industry. Worked for an online printing company which is based in California. Was part of the customer service department catering to chat, calls and email. Was moved to joining the support team that handles escalated concerns for 3 channels. Was a previous Quality Analyst for an International BPO company that handles student services. I was required to deliver reports via spreadsheet, PPT etc. apart from the major role of call monitoring and providing feedback to representatives. I am looking for a full-time freelance work, can be Australian or U.S. Business hours.
