As an addition to my Citrix TL duties, I was involved into an innovative project that provides support for HP clients with implemented private cloud solutions. Main used technologies are Hyper-V 2, SC VMM, HP Cloud System Matrix, HP OO, HP CSA. From December 2012 Cloud Operations Team entered officially in Go-Life phase. Since then my official position remains only Cloud Operations Engineer.

Technology Lead of a team that consists of 8 people. The team provides Citrix Deep Technical Support for a HP client with one of the biggest Citrix Farms in Europe. As a Technology Lead my job was to provide with a technical consultation the team members, take decisions for technical changes and provide advanced solutions for optimizing team tasks. As a Single Point of Contact I was a low level management provider.
