Alexander Blagodarenko is an experienced senior scrum master, project manager, game designer, with over 10 years of experience in game-making industry. He is Founder and CEO of Uni-Bit Studio. Uni-Bit's agile based, but unique management approach to software development is the brainchild of Alexander. Previous to launching Uni-Bit Studio, Alexander was a leader of the successful outsource based team of highly qualified professionals who were developing IT products for widely recognized clients such as Wargaming, 8Floor games, 4A games and G5 entertainment. Alexander provided a solid leadership for the group of professional managers and developers, who defined next-generation management solutions integrated in Uni-Bit business model. He designs and manages software projects for strategic customers and long term partners. As Uni-Bit opened up new HQ in Ontario, Canada.
