My duties to the director include keeping his diary, making appointments, excessive Excel spreadsheet work, job costings, we work with the entire Microsoft Office Package except with Microsoft Access. I am a fast and efficient typist, very good at copy typing, data capturing and any Excel spreadsheet work including formulaes. I am bilingual in English and Afrikaans and my languages are strong in both speaking, writing and translating.
