Chat Moderators needed with good German knowledge

We are looking to hire chat moderators without previous knowledge. We will train you until you are able to work independently.
- Text chat only, no calls or video recording
- You must be fluent in German writing! Since you will be writing texts for native German speakers, you must be able to write German fluently. As part of the application process, we will check your German language skills using a basic test.
- You must be at least 18 years old! We do not accept minors working on the chat platform. You will need to prove your age during the application process.
- You don't need any prior knowledge! We'll teach you everything you need to know and our support team is available 24/7 while you work. We will NOT ask for your CV during the application process.
WHAT'S YOUR JOB?
As an online chat moderator, you need to reply to random messages and keep our customers happy with your replies, so your messages should always be positive. You will talk about many different things depending on the topic the client chooses.
Above all, our customers like to talk about their everyday life, some maybe about their job and their hobbies or even about culture and relationships. Your identity will be kept secret and you will be using an alias profile, so don't be shy and try to make the customers happy.
Current Budget is 600$ per 10.000 answered messages with a bonus if you complete it in a month.
If you answer 20.000 messages in 1 month then we pay double
