We are an EdTech startup seeking highly motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. Your main responsibilities will include prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support. - Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, and digital resources. - Closing sales and working with the client through the closing process. Ideal Candidate: - Proven track record in both B2C and B2B sales, specifically in selling digital products. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience in lead generation and conversion. - Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow-through on client contracts. - Knowledge of the EdTech industry is a plus - Ability to work independently and meet targets You should be a motivated go-getter with the ability to handle objections and consistently close deals.
