Documents translation to German

I need to translate 281 documents from English to German. Documents are MS word and MS Excel with 1-2 pages. Most of those documents have very little text and the translation is very simple because single words need to be translated (i.e. invoice, customer, address, billing address, etc.). Other documents have more text and have full sentences that need to be translated or, better said, localized. The main objective for the document is to be well understood and accepted by native german speaker so if you feel that text should be changed you can do so. It is somewhat difficult to estimate amount of work on this project. If I count total number of words for 281 files I come up with over 46000 words but it's not a proper way to count because many of this words will be "lorem ipsum" that does not need translation. If I look at each document and estimate the time to translate then I think you can count with 12-15 hours of your time for this project. I will only consider bids from freelancers who translated sample text. This is from one of the difficult documents, there are not too many of those but I need to make sure you have a perfect command of German. You can have over a week to finish this project because I need it by March 11th.
