We need a cartoon character which will be created from a blank white page. Sharing a photo (%90 similar to our request) which designed by another artist and ask to draw new one inspiring from our provided example.

IMPORTING ISSUE is
We gonna accept only designers who can able to draw sketch black&white and later color them.

Main goal is...

Draw a new goat character "Younger-Smiling-Clever looking-Macho and Playboy" inspiring from our example

When the main character will be chosen, we will use it in different scenario. The project will be continue with whom selected for the main character
