We need a small drag-n-drop cross platform application that will convert any video 30 seconds or more in length into a loopable version of itself. The application will need to split a clip in half, reverse the front and back, and dissolve the middle. We'd like for the user to be able to define the split point and dissolve length. We'd also like for the export to allow for all standard video codecs. Upon startup, the user should be asked what the native size of the clip is (frame wise) so the the app will export the video at the same size and aspect ratio.
