Need a Android animation application, just one screen application which should launch 16 images(4X4) similar to the iOS7 animation effect on iPhone. In the iO7 animation, it shows each app launcher image(icon) opening from one point and closing at same point. There is a solution with Objective-C code for iPhone application out there on the internet. But I need this similar behavior for Android application. Please see the link below.

I am looking to create an android launcher as a new project. Basically, I want to create the android launcher as an app for my magazine brand so that on the homescreen of the launcher i am able to have a banner advertising display unit that will contain updates from a magazine website. Each time a user will open their phone, they will have the same functions & buttons on the phone they normally would have, but in the top 1/3 area of the screen will be a display ad message only.
