Hi I am Abhik I am an architect and 3d visualizer currently pursuing my master's in Computational Design from Cardiff University, United Kingdom. And I have been working as a freelance 3d visualizer in my part-time. I provide high-quality renderings and architectural illustrations at a reasonable price. My work process: - I first create the 3D model on SketchUp or rhino if it is not done already and get it approved by the client. - Then I set the materials and angles in my rendering software (Lumion/ VRay) and get it approved before proceeding. -Then I set the environment and compose the views and send sample low-quality images to the client for review and after that keep on improving until the client is satisfied. (NOTE: you will NOT be charged extra for revisions in this stage) -Finally, I deliver high-quality renders of the same with some Photoshop post-processing if necessary. I first charge a little amount after the 3D modeling stage if the model is to be done from scratch. Otherwise, this can waver. And then I charge the final amount at the end of the render stage (NOTE: if there are multiple renders and one takes more time than the other then I will divide the total charge among each render and charge them separately). PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE If you are uncomfortable paying the charges milestone-wise then the lump-sum rate can be negotiated. Finally, I will attach a few of my previous works for you to refer to.
