I am looking for an experienced architect for ongoing work with high skills in 3D visualizations to work on various projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both interior and exterior visualizations for residential, commercial and industrial projects. If you have done Architectural drawings for the Australian market this would be highly regarded as you would be aware of the BCA ( Building codes of Australia ) However, projects will not only be for the Australian market Project Details: - Types of architectural project: Residential, Commercial, or Industrial - Type of 3D visualizations required: Interior & Exterior Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in architectural design and 3D visualizations - Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3ds Max and more) for photolike quality - Ability to accurately represent architectural details, materials, lighting, in visualizations - Strong understanding of design principles and ability to create visually appealing and realistic renderings - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively understand and incorporate client's vision and feedback NOTE : The fee below is not acurate as each project will be different and will be priced accordingly.
