Need a 3d model maker, designer and printer

Looking for end to end design and print for 3d. I apologise I don’t know much about this so please provide details and explanations for a beginner.. I am making a light for a client and he has chosen a light from a theatre. These are the two photos I have of it and a quick painting I have done of it. I can draw it for you but I don’t know anything about how you would need it done. You mentioned DRAW IT THE RIGHT SIZE/ So you want it in actual size? [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This would need to be printed in some type of plastic. As you can see from the first photo it looks like mother of pearl. . Is it possible to 3d print in these colours while still being transparent? If not I could paint this or cover it with a plexiglass or something afterwards? For the frame around the outside I am using an 80cm diameter round mirror frame. I also need to add the block at the bottom which her dress flows over. [login to view URL] I can get the lines on the inside made from metal if you cant print these for me. I will take the mirror out so if you can do the lines aswell I would need the black lines and the woman done in 3d print which I will then install into the round frame. I could then insert coloured plexiglass into or onto the back of the black frame to make the colours. So I really only need the woman to be 3d and this will only need to be the front as the back would obviously have to be flat to be attached to the light. So I suppose the light and the black lines that go inside the frame could be two separate pieces. So this is fairly large the girl will be just over 80cm. if this is not possible can you tell me the possible size you can do? Thanks so much I look forward to hearing from you.
