Hi there Are you going to 3D print this racket? To be honest the design though looks eye catching but from the manufacturing point of view looks very complex with hollow features and weak contacts. 3D printing will probably generate errors due to the hollow features. Moreover, we'll have to do a stress analysis to understand the its maximum loading capability. You pointed right about the generative design concept and topology optimization which will also help to analyze the weak areas so that more material can be put into only the required areas. Is this for display purposes or you intend to actually use this for playing? Please inbox me to discuss further as I am a product modeler and I mostly think in terms of manufacturing cost while designing products. I do not think that the current design of yours will be able to compete in the market if you are going for production. If it is just for adventure and display then it is fine. I am ready to generate an eye catching 3D model incorporating maximum strength. Also please tell me if you are going to 3D print it because I have to consider other factors in the designs for 3D printing such as removing the hollow and irregular surfaces which mostly produce errors while 3D printing.
