We have a roof top area (plan as attached, area marked in pink) to be laser scanned. We need to assemble a team of a few freelancers to model in Revit at LOD 400. Only the architectural, structural and MEP elements need to be modelled at roof level and above. Attached are some images to give you an idea of the roof and the service rooms which are to be modelled. Upon selection, you will be added to our team and will be given more projects to work upon. You don't need to model the whole area marked in attached plan. You can choose the area you can model in 15 days and quote accordingly. Please make sure that you bid only if you have done such work before and can complete the task accurately. We will only pay after the work is accurately completed. This is true for all future projects as well. We will make milestones to make sure your payment is secured for your assurance.
