Charts in ASPX/jQuery

This project is creating an ASP .NET 2.0 front-end that consists of a number of Flot charts which pulls different pieces of the data from a Firebird database. The Firebird database is all set up and scripts will be provided. The C# interface into the database is also provided and has queries to connect and retrieve data from the database. However, you will likely need to add a few extra methods to database calls depending on the data the chart will need but this should be fairly simple. Most of the work is incorporating Flot and dynamically updating the data at regular intervals (through AJAX I believe). Smaller additional items to the project are - Showing the same data in a simple grid (like a data dump basically) - Another ASPX page to read and set parameters from the database. A detailed 6-page technical specification (I am a software developer myself) will be provided to the shortlisted candidates, or any candidates who show interest and ask. I must insist all IP rights will remain ours. This is a significant project and I understand there may be worries about getting paid for the work at the end so I am willing to pay the contractor at milestones along the way. During the project, I will aim to respond to all questions and give feedback within a matter of hours as I'm keen not to delay this project too much. Thank you.
