I need to dissolve my Delaware LLC company. I also need a letter from a CPA stating that they have been retained to dissolve my LLC company. My company data is available on Quickbooks Online so I will be able to share access with the chosen Accounting provider. I am looking for a CPA to do this so whoever applies needs to be part of an organization that has a CPA affiliated with them.
