when opening a text file with word (ms word 2000 9.0) a window opens and I have to select which conversion to do (e.g. to UTF-8). Then I have to choose the following settings: font: courier new font size: 8 page setting/ top margin= 0 page setting/ bottom margin= 0 page setting/ orientation= horizontal Please instruct how to avoid all this. When I open a text file with word, I'd like to find all the configuration above already set
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
