Creation of 3 Max scenes

We would like someone to build *three* 3D representations of a 'shop/window display'.
The scene must be built with Max.
The shop must be based on a real world electronics store - e.g. Bestbuy, Circuit City, Sony, Apple, PC World, Walmart, Dixons, Currys, John Lewis etc
In each shop/window display we require space to place 20 items and also price tags (building the 20 items is listed on here as a separate project)
The scene is required for a videogame environment - ~25,000 vertices, ~5MB of textures and a vertex lighting bake.
We are looking for high quality scenes with clever use of geometry and textures.
The work will include a FREE 1 year licence of rendering software which retails for $500+ - PM for more details.
