Create two fancybox responsive popups

I have this test page here: [login to view URL] It shows an overlay window using fancybox ([login to view URL]). I need you to make this popup window responsive, ie: if it's open on a mobile device to resize so it fits the small screen and the fields are easily visible. Once you get this done, I need another popup similar to the attached screenshot (but without the orange lock on the side, so you will just replace the content of the previous popup with the content of the popup in the screenshot). You will provide a new .css file with the styling and two html files, one for each popup. Ideally, you will use the latest version of fancybox. I will give you access to my server for testing, and you will find there the current code and the images. I need this completed in the next 12 hrs, so please bid only if you can start right now and finish in time. Please add tom and jerry at the beginning of your proposal so I know you read the requirements. Bids without these words will be marked as spam (the only way i know to get rid of them and unclutter my freelancer window). If you don't complete the project in time I will not pay, go to arbitration, whatever, I don't care. Please make sure you're able to do it, it's very important to have it done on time, otherwise I don't need it. I'l pay up to $40 including Freelancer fees. Let me know if you have any questions.
