Debug JPlayer website template

I have an issue with the "circle player" skin of player in my bootstrap enabled theme that I'm working on - basically the circle player should allow you to "seek" to any part of the recording however it only allows you to seek between the 4 o'clock and 8 o'clock position (at leat top 50% is non responsive) .
