Create Simple 5-Page Site BASED On Existing Site

I need a simple website created that you can model (almost exactly) of an existing website... I want you to copy the exact structure... the only 'new' thing you'll be doing is... a. Re-writing the text using your own words (it's just 5 simple pages of text) b. Re-doing the graphics / color scheme so the site looks unique and has the companies correct name in the logo.
