As we want to provide our customers with an excellent support service 24/7, we are seeking capable and professional people to work with our customer support team mainly by means of email and phone, on both markets, FROM HOME!
Requirements:
-Native French and fluent English, with perfect command over both written and spoken languages.
-Passionate about animals.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
-Strong competences in handling communication means such as phone calls, emails and chat.
-Energetic, attentive to detail, determined to carry out a high quality job.
