79214 Website Make-Over

I need a make-over of the website [login to view URL] Please do not bid if you cannot provide me with a portfolio and, as this project has become very urgent, please do not bid if you cannot finish the project by 3:00 pm GMT on 16 Feb 03. The deadline can under no circumstances be extended. Make-over should be exactly as the one on the file attached except the graphics which can be similar but should be high res. A flash intro using the logo that can be found on the site above would also be required. Payment will be made once site is complete and before uploading to company's server.
