We are on the lookout for a young, energetic and proactive: DEBT COLLECTING REPRESENTATIVE SPEAKING FLUENTLY GERMAN We are a foundation with expertise in knowledge transfer and trainings. Every day, we receive more calls and emails for which we are looking for a Client Contact Representative. Based in one of the most classic Castles in the Netherlands, and Germany our institute is leading in providing knowledge for Dutch and German managers and executives. As we send out invoices, we are primarily searching for a person willing to work from home, calling to invoices not paid and administering them in our online organization system. In addition, we are looking for a person able to work well with Microsoft Excel. We are on the lookout for: - A young energetic thinking Client Contact Representative - Able to work minimally approximately 3-5 hours every day from home - In or around the European Amsterdam time zone, or, when not, willing to work in this timezone - Speaking, reading, writing English fluently, and German of course, - With a nice phone voice - Good persuasion skills - Willing to serve for a longer time (minimally one year, likely much longer) - It is not important in which country you are based, as long as you have good internet and speak German. We would deliver: - a young and energetic company with a nice team spirit - a long term fixed project - A job easily to be done from home, only thing needed is a normal internet connection
