Timeframe for delivery: 5-7 days Summary: We need a ghostwriter to develop 1 report. 25-30 pages (or 10,000 words). I'm a South African writer currently living in Guatemala and I have several published textbooks (published by large educational publishers such as Pearson Education and Oxford University Press) to my name. When writing a textbook, I write according to a template too so that won't be a problem. In fact, I normally create a stylesheet in Word so that I can keep track visually of the number of words per page and this stylesheet can also serve as formatting. The absolute minimum I could write for, considering the research and time involved, would be $1.50 per 100 words, which is what my bid is based on. So, we're looking at around 3,000 to 3,500 words per $50. I would suggest though that since you'd want your readers to feel like they're getting value for money, you bump up the number of pages by adding diagrams, photographs and other illustrations and then have fewer words per page. As a textbook writer I'm excellent at creating text that works with the artwork, so that the artwork becomes an integral part of the manuscript rather than just being something random to 'make it look pretty'.
