Fast growing US-based online travel agency is seeking a dynamic professional to fill the post of Customer Support and Data Entry. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in Hotel, sales and marketing. Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills is an asset and you must be reliable Duties: - Answer inbound calls professional from customers and suppliers - Assist Customer Book Travel - Manage hotel contracts and update Hotel rates - Update hotel rates, information and image accurately using a designated computer program - Carefully read and interpret contracts to load in Website Booking Engine - Manage and update Social Media website - Update Graphic images on Website - Send out email campaign to customers Job Skills: - Must have 2-3 year experience working as a Computer Engineer, Phone Sales in Call Center or Data Entry position - Must have excellent computer skills and ability to navigate the Internet - Excellent data entry and administration skills - Time management - Ability to work in a fast changing environment - Sales and marketing experience - Some experience in identifying image resolution and resizing images - Website or internet experience - Ability to work with little supervision - Degree in Hotel Management or Degree in Computer Science\Engineering - Sales and Marketing experience a Plus - Experience working in Hotel or Travel agency a Plus - Website or internet experience - Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience - Basic HTML Candidate should speak very good English. Candidate should be able to work from Home or travel to office in Jaipur or Dehradun Candidate should have high speed Internet access and computer at Home This is a Full time position and would require candidate to work Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00PM United States Time.
