Java web captcha, emailer and logging

I have a web app that I created.. Its not fully working and if you go to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] you may see it. I need the captcha bug fixed. I also need the emailer fixed so that it emails the comment content as well as mere notification. The emailer works by the way. This is a simple fix probably, I lost motivation to work on it. I do have source which I will give the selected bidder.
