Create a Mobile Website Selling Australian Wine in China

I want a mobile website that is designed to enable consumers in China to order and buy wine to be shipped from Australia. The consumer interface should allow them to see images of the product label, text based descriptions and pricing in renminbi. The consumer pages should be in Chinese language. It should allow them to choose the product they wish to purchase, select a quantity and pay for it via credit card or paypal. The order, once approved payment has been received, should generate a payment of the same amount converted to AUD to the respective supplier (winery). It should also decrement the inventory level established for that product and also generate a simultaneous purchase order to be emailed to the supplier for the commission. Commission rates might be different for each supplier. The sale should also generate a shipment request for the supplier to send the wines from their winery direct to the consumer. The site should have a contact us page in case there are complaints. It should enable us to maintain a record of each consumer in order to maintain sales and marketing efforts. The supplier interface should allow for the promotion of certain wines at certain times. This should allow for listing of wines onto the site before they are made available for sale. Inventory amounts should be entered and every sale transaction by consumers should decrement inventory levels. Suppliers will be entering their own stock on the site under guidelines established by us.
