code example for an IE Toolbar communicating with an IE BHO

I have a working Internet Explorer BHO (Browser Helper Object) written in C++ that appends header information to every HTTP request. I'll need an IE Toolbar, that provides a GUI (e.g. checkbox or something) to change the state of the BHO (e.g. changing the text the BHO writes to HTTP Headers...). I just need a working "Hello World" example to understand the approach. There is no need to apply any special business logic. The Solution should work with IE 5,6,7 ## Deliverables 1) Proof of Concept including: complete source code of the IE toolbar complate source code of the BHO, that changes it's behaviour based on a checkbox in the IE Toolbar. compiled and packaged version of Toolbar + BHO (ready for installation) 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
