PHP message board work

I need 2 banners added to my invision board message board, Both banners are already made. Also I need meta tags added to the board if possible. The banners are enbeded into the program to allow a small foot print on the server and resources so PHP programming or knowlage of the invision message board system will be needed. The board can be viewed at [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform The server end is Linux, with a Cpannel 5 gui interface
