Hello from a fellow South African (living in London) :) I've written scripts just like this so happy to help out with your project. Unfortunately I can't do it for your budget of R1,750 due to the exchange range. I have bid £200 (plus Freelancer fees) which includes time for writing the script, testing it and scheduling it to run via cron on your server.
