MineCraft Auto Installer Addition

there is a Minecraft hosting company and I want my clients to be able to automatically install addons. I just want to add an option into the menu that brings them to a section with the option to either install an mod pack or a plugin. The plugin section will plug into the bukget api and on the administration side of things and each plugin on bukget has to be allowed before its available for install on the client side. The modpack section will wipe the users multicraft server folder and then copy over all the modpack files from the modpack they select. On the admin side the admin can create a modpack entry with a picture and the file location on the hard disk to be copied. It then has a check box to exclude certain folders such as the worlds folder from deletion. It would also be nice to be able to turn off the current ftp solution as it is very insecure. Then give web access to the general minecraft config folders with a way to edit .yml files through the web browser. I want a real focus on security. The way that multicraft currently does this is by allowing full ftp access and the ability to execute .jar files. I want all this disabled and all file installation and config editing done through this new plugin. Hope someone can help! Thanks!
