Custom .NET Control : GUI Chart/Graph

This project builds one element of a much larger project. The successful bidder will design and build a .NET control (VB or C#) including well thought out properties, methods and events. The control must be configurable. This .NET chart control will be used in two WinXP WinForm (not web) environments: • An 800x600 touchscreen w/no physical keyboard or mouse. • A full desktop/laptop, with keyboard and mouse controls This control is used on a laboratory test instrument. The user will want to create a changing mix of A and B components (sort of like mixing epoxy, only the ratio of A to B changes as time progresses). See attachment for full details. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform .NET for WinXP. This is a WinForms Control. Control should be designed for use with mouse/keyboard AND touchscreen.
