Auto Populate Single Change in Multiple HTML pages

Download from [url removed, login to view] All files which will change frequently and have the same div id="apDiv64". I need to be able to change one file and have all files designated change. The contents to be populated in the div needs to be in a user type program such as: word, excel, publisher or some generic editor program. I use Dream Weaver CS4, but the contents which will change daily will be produced by some other program a user will have access to. They will upload the document and the html will display the contents in the apDiv64. Make sense?
