before you buy...site building

I am looking for some graphic designer to help me to design a site. The theme is "before you buy any internet marketing product or service". Here is what I want to do with the site: 1. I am offering some bonus or discount for anyone who buy any internet marketing product or service through my affiliate link 2. so that I make commission. then I will give them the bonus or discount. but if they don't buy from my affiliate link, they will not get the bonus or discount. 3. I will verify the bonus or discount by asking them to send me the support ticket with their receipt. 4. I need a section of the website to announce any news or up coming event, bonus or discount 5. I also need a section of the website for people to subscribe to my list. So whenever I have the new bonus or discount, they will get an email from me 6. I need a section of the site to also let people send me email asking for the bonus or discount for any of the new product that they are intend to buy. that mean they want to buy that product, and hopefully i can get a better deal for them 7. also i would like people to have option to do joint venture with me and split the commission. my jv partners can use my bonus, not not discount (because the discount is usually in $$). 8. this bid include the logo design as well as 2 banners 468x60 please get a great professional looking website. thanks, Ken Sar

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
