Currently, I am working for a publisher in the fashion industry maintaining and updating their publication web mail. I, also assist the publisher in various administrative duties via the internet such as submitting press releases to the media.
In addition to my nine years of administrative and customer service experience, along with internet research, design layout and telephone etiquette. I have extensive pc experience such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher, and Microsoft Works. Interact with customers, vendors and all levels of clients, effectively. Respond to correspondence, coordinate meetings, and prepare marketing packets and social functions. Process and generated reports daily and weekly, maintain personnel files of employees, including salary, promotion, termination and other employee data information, and prepared disability, retirement and worker compensation claims submitted to the proper department for processing.
If selected for the project, I would like to discuss the materials and scheduled hours generated to date. From there, I would implement a strategy suited to your needs that will illustrate each phase of the project through its completion.
Based on your description for secretary, I submit a proposed cost estimate $15.00 an hour. There are retainer agreements if you are interested. This bid may change when more details are available.
For the proposed cost, I will provide you with a 48-hour turnaround on up to three revisions.
