Connect to VPN from new location

I moved my office last week and changed ISP's as well and now I cannot connect with our NCP VPN software from any of my pc's. We use Kaspersky and I already tried disabling the firewall and we still cannot connect so that is not the problem. The new ISP mentioned we may need to open the port on the new modem and I tried to do that, but I am not sure I did it right. In addition to the VPN problem, we can receive email fine, but sometimes our outgoing email will not send. I am looking for someone who can check to see if the port is correctly opened on our router and help resolve both these issues.
