Create Skeleton Mobile Data entry App for windows 8

Create a simple data entry and view application in HTML5 and jquery with 3 main pages: 1. Splash page (no images, just the text "HTML5 JQuery Skeleton") 2. View page (shows all saved entries) 3. Add page (Allows entry of new data and save to local data store on device) App must be Windows 8 store compatible. No login functions No security Must create database on first opening or during install. You can use any css3 styles you wish. This is just a skeleton.
