Wordpress - Import data from excel sheet.

We need 350 rows of data imported into our Wordpress website as "Posts" from our excel. (As an update to the existing data)
The excel sheet includes the Post ID, which hopefully you can match and import the new data for each record.
Our excel sheet has the following fields / columns:
Post ID
Description
Link
Link Name
Link 2
Link 2 Name
Image 1 URL
Image 2 URL
Image 3 URL
Image 4 URL
Quote Text
Quote Name
Each of these fields has a place to map to on our database. (Some are custom fields)
