I need to write a paper about infrastructure spending impact on economic growth. It will focus on a specific country, Kuwait. The following gives methodology to be adopted. I need someone with economic background (Master or PhD) to write this paper. Keep in mind that some modeling will be required as well as research to find required data. Only apply if you think you are up for it. • Evaluate Kuwait’s infrastructure expenditure data and its development over the years (2005-2015) as compared to similar economies. Date from Central Statistical office and World Bank. • Determine factors that influence infrastructure spending across economies. For example, perform regression of infrastructure spending against multiple factors: income per capita, population growth, fixed capital consumption, internet users …etc. • Based on the above determine the gap between Kuwait’s actual infrastructure spending and the infrastructure spending it should have undertaken based on its economic KPIs. • Forecast minimal required infrastructure spending by Kuwait based on the model and compare to recently announced 2015-2025 development plans.
