Hi,
We are looking for a virtual assistant who is able to perform some virtual assistant tasks. This is a part time position but our goal is to hire somebody full time on a monthly bases..
To begin, I will start with 4 hours of work per day for 5 days a week. Responsibilities, hours and rates will increase once our working relationship and trust become strong.

Ability to instant message(skype),we will have daily meetings over skype.
Ability to send daily updates and status reports
Ability to genrate and manage Excel spreadsheets

Assistant will have the following duties.
1. Internet Research - You will be given daily assignments pertaining to research that we will need done. We will provide you sites of our competitors to view, research and provide reports of.
2. Managing several social network accounts for use such as Facebook, twitter, soundcloud, youtube, several Wordpress blogs and all of the mainstream social networks accounts that we have or you will create for us. You must have excellent skills on social networking.
3. You will help manage several of our wordpress sites, by adding content we provide and checking to make sure that the site maintains it's professional image. Excellent knowledge of Wordpress will help you win this bid but is not necessary.
4. You will help with our SEO strategies and with our link building campaigns
5. You will need excellent spelling and grammar skills as you will need these skills in order to help us with our many documents in terms of proofreading.
6. You must have excellent skills with MS Excel and MS word as you will be submitting daily reports to us in these forms.
7. I'll explain you tasks and you have to coordinate with designers/developers to get those done.
