I have a picture that I need to get face recognition for. I want to know the name so I can get social media account. The person gave me their details and I couldnt record as I didnt have my phone on me. Will explain in detail.

I am looking to hire a freelancer to help me with an important task. I recently met someone and I would like to find out who this person is. I cannot remember their name nor do I have my phone to record the conversation. The only thing I have is a picture of this person taken on my phone. The format of the picture is "other" and I have already been given consent by the person to use it for face recognition purposes. Ideally, I am hoping to get the name of this person so that I can find their social media account on Instagram.
