We are seeking an Experienced Marketing Manager (Google Ads / TikTok Ads / Bing Ads, potentially Pinterest) Job Description: As a rapidly expanding company, we are on the hunt for a full-time experienced Marketing Manager with a firm expertise in at least one of the following platforms: Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Bing Ads. Knowledge of Pinterest would be a further advantage, but not a requirement. The ideal candidate will be a proven professional within these platforms, capable of submitting a track record of successful campaigns they have managed. While experience in the travel industry is highly desirable, it is not a deal breaker. Our key concern is your capacity to generate creative, impactful campaigns and adapt to the unique marketing needs of our company. To better assess your capabilities, we encourage you to submit a sample marketing campaign for the travel industry encompassing all or one of the main platforms. Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with your expected salary. This position is a full-time role and we offer a flexible, hybrid, performance-based compensation model, consisting of a fixed salary plus performance bonuses and an ad spend budget. Both individual candidates and agencies are encouraged to apply. Our target markets are Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, so proficiency in German is highly desirable. However, if German is not your first language, comfort with tools such as ChatGPT for accurate translations would be expected.
